How Keshav Canvas handles what you share when you get in touch. Plain language, and only what actually happens.

1. What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. Through Start Your Piece that is your name and WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address, city and state, the item you want painted, the occasion, a budget range, a date you are hoping for, how you heard about us, and the description of your idea. If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through Instagram instead, we have whatever you put in that message.

When an enquiry is submitted we also record the time you agreed to be contacted, along with your IP address and browser identification. That is kept as a record of consent and to help us deal with spam submissions.

We also record, with the enquiry, the page you first arrived on, the website that linked you to us if there was one, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That is only so we know which of our own efforts actually reach people — a search result, an Instagram post, an answer from an AI assistant. It is noted from your visit to this website alone: we do not follow you anywhere else, we do not build a profile of you, and none of it is shared with an advertising network.

2. Why we use it

To understand what you are asking for, to talk the design through with you, to prepare a quotation, and to carry out and deliver a commission if you go ahead. We also keep a record of past projects so that we can refer back to them. We do not use your details for advertising.

3. Reference images you upload

You can attach up to 5 reference images to an enquiry. They are used only to understand the design you have in mind and to discuss it with you.

They are stored privately and are not published on this website. There is no public web address for an uploaded file, and nothing you upload is added to the galleries here. If we ever wanted to show your finished piece publicly, we would ask you first and you would be free to say no.

Please only upload pictures you have the right to share. A photograph of someone else, or artwork made by another artist, is theirs rather than ours to use.

4. How we reply

Usually on WhatsApp, because that is what most people prefer, or by email if you would rather. Anything you send over WhatsApp also passes through WhatsApp's own systems and is covered by WhatsApp and Meta's privacy terms as well as this one. The same is true of Instagram if you message us there.

5. Who else is involved

As few people as possible. The website runs on our hosting provider's servers, and email is sent through our email provider. Beyond that, this site uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no payment processing — there is nothing to pay for on this website. The only cookie the site sets is the one that keeps your session working while you use the enquiry form; that session is also where the arrival details described in section 1 are held until you send the enquiry, or discarded if you never do.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was given, for our records of work we have done, or where keeping it is reasonably required of us. If you would like your details removed, ask and we will do it where we are able to.

7. Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Write to shreyagadhiya@gmail.com and ask. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will deal with reasonable requests, and we will tell you honestly if there is something we cannot do.

8. We do not sell your information

Keshav Canvas does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for anyone else's marketing.

9. Changes to this notice

If the website or the way we work changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
